- Assists with the development, implementation and maintenance of the quality standards for outlets.
- Relays information and policy changes, briefs personnel on day/evening events and specials.
- Assists with training, and directing outlet associates.
- Assists F&B Manager with creating schedules for bar/wait staff/cashiers.
- Assists F&B Manager with maintaining inventory levels for on-hand products
- Ensures employees are compliant with responsible vendor certifications and with all Big Easy training classes and provides documentation to DOBD for HR and Safety and Compliance regulations.
- Communicates at monthly/weekly meetings, plans/ideas to increase revenue based on customer feedback.
- At end of each shift, a report must be emailed documenting all employee issues (complaints, callouts, tardiness, no shows, injuries etc.) as well as commendable acts by employees and/or customers to FDM and DOFB and DOBD.
- Ensures top quality sanitation standards.
- Performs other tasks and duties as assigned.
- High School diploma.
- Post-Secondary diploma preferred.
- Must be able to obtain the appropriate state occupational license.
- Candidate must have at least 3 years of supervisory experience in a full service, high volume restaurant.
- Proven ability to delegate work in a cost saving manner.
- Must possess strong leadership skills to manage, motivate and develop staff.
- Must have strong customer service abilities.
- Must adhere to the hygiene and dress code standards for the department.
- Must have excellent communication and people skills.
- Will be required to work a flexible schedule.
