We are hiring for several locations one of our top positions, Executive Director. The Executive Director is responsible for the leadership, management and organization of a BMG managed Senior Living community. This responsibility includes but is not limited to the overall financial health of the community, leading and retaining staff, delivering top quality care to residents, strong sales performance and regulatory compliance. The Executive Director reports directly to the Regional Director and/or the Chief Operating Officer. Qualifications:
Our candidates must have a passion for service, experience in business management, health care and human resources, ideally from the senior living sector. A bachelor’s degree that relates to service to the elderly is preferred with three years minimum experience in a supervisory role in a senior living community.
· Must be able to demonstrate successful operations experience specific to senior living.
· Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Must demonstrate a positive, outgoing, and compassionate personality.
· Must have demonstrated integrity, maturity and leadership skills
· Must have the ability to read and interpret financial statements with a demonstrated ability to meet a budget.
Areas of Responsibility:
· Financial forecasting, sales and coordination of capital expenditures. Practices excellent time management skills and completes tasks within company time frames.
· Ensures occupancy goals are achieved or surpassed through planning and execution of innovative marketing strategies.
· Hires, trains, supervises, evaluates and ensures fair treatment to all team members.
· Leads team members in the training and implementation of service improvement programs.
· Recommends to the Regional Director and/or COO matters and issues requiring policy decisions and/or changes.
· Is available for emergencies as they arise and ensures on-call 24/7 staff and nurse coverage for the community. Periodically acts as a Manager-On-Duty (M.O.D.), which requires periodic supervisory work during weekends.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
