We are seeking a friendly and professional Bellman to join our team at our hotel in Parkersburg, WV. The Bellman will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, assisting with luggage, and providing information about the hotel and surrounding area.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with luggage
- Escort guests to their rooms and provide information about the hotel and surrounding area
- Assist guests with any requests or needs during their stay
- Ensure the lobby and entrance area are clean and presentable
- Assist with valet parking and retrieving guest vehicles
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor at all times
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a customer service role preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
