In collaboration with the Marketing team, this role creates content (including video and digital graphics) to support other TBC employees outside of Marketing. This role is also responsible for administrative duties within the Marketing Department as needed, and any other related support for the Marketing Department. Essential FunctionsSupports the Marketing Department with production and logistics of digital and print materials to support blood drives. This includes support in video production, campaign execution, and functions within HemaConnect. Daily
Knowledgeable of the HemaConnect donor management system to check blood drive information and upload digital promotional content for recruitment
Creates custom blood drive digital and print materials using the Marketing templates in a timely manner
Knowledgeable of the TBC website system, maintains/updates content
Assists with social media
Weekly
Maintains inventory of marketing materials used by Donor Recruitment and reorders as needed
Provides input for and helps create new marketing materials for recruitment
Films and edits video content for social media/marketing purposes
Uploads/maintains content on TBC Central
Knowledgeable of the Meltwater system used by Partnerships Coordinators and Social Media Coordinator
Researches ways to improve the website, technology, and video production
Assists the TBC Response Center in answering donor questions/issues
Miscellaneous
Knowledgeable of the Title 21 program and assists with updating documents as needed
Organizes and sends promotional items to TBC Centers as needed
Maintains and updates TBCTV
Manages the Red Cord program and communicate with donors who qualify
Manages the High School Scholarship program and works closely with accounting to award these sponsor groups
Assists the Marketing Department as needed and by request of the Director of Marketing and Public Relations
Other duties as assigned or required
Minimum Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
Secretarial, general office, and computer experience
Very knowledgeable in the use of Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Word and Excel
Knowledgeable of the Adobe Creative Suite (in Design, Copy, Photoshop and Illustrator)
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to communicate effectively, tactfully, and courteously to patrons, donors, sponsors, and co-workers
Ability to organize and prioritize workload and meet deadlines
