RN's up to $32/hour plus Baylor and LPN's up to $27/hour plus Baylor

Specific Duties:

• Responsible for making rounds to observe and evaluate physical, emotional and social needs of residents
• Prepares and administers medications charts as required
• Administers treatments
• Consults with physicians
• Communicates with director of nursing and staff

Job Requirements

• Long term care experience preferred
• Minimum of 2 years experience in nursing in a long term care environment preferred
• Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) or a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in good standing and currently licensed in Arkansas (or compact state license)
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and strong organizational skills
• Demonstrates good judgment, problem solving and decision making skills
• Excellent communication, leadership and mentoring skills
