The Home Service Sales Account Manager is responsible for the retention of our current customer base, the growth of our service accounts and meeting sales objectives. ESSENTIAL DUTIES
Primary person responsible for communicating with Home Service Customers regarding repairs needed, customers issues, cancellations and overall relationship management.
Meet all sales objectives for order volume and margin:
Quoted Repairs
Effectively build and maintain strong relationships with our customers.
Proactively working to monitor activity with all Home Accounts to provide exceptional service to our customers by making contact with active accounts around call outs, repairs, and past due invoices.
Support management in the review of accounts where the company may be losing margin and/or money
Working with Service Coordinator to manage open jobs and ensure they are completed in a timely manner.
Working with Finance to ensure outstanding balances are managed and working with customers on receiving payments.
Responsible for customer service and the retention of our customer base remaining above 90% and participating in the “Hot List” meeting.
Reporting metrics weekly on units added and orders sold.
Identifying sales opportunities, generating sales proposals and winning the sale.
You must have a clean driving record and be able to pass a drug and background screen.
