**Boeing Commercial Airplane's (BCA)** is seeking a **Manufacturing Operations Analyst Manager (Level K** ) to join the **767/Tanker Program** team in **Everett, Washington.**

This role will focus on tactical implementation of the Boeing Production System (BPS) strategy. We are seeking a candidate that has the ability to partner cross-functionally with other organizations to mature and accomplish various improvement projects that support an overarching plan. In this role you will also lead a team responsible for leading implementation and sustainment of production system foundational elements; compliance to regulatory requirements, 5S, tool control, factory floor audits and preparation for Non-Advocate reviews.

As a member of the Leadership team, you will continuously lead and develop Manufacturing Teams. A successful candidate will have strong interpersonal and coaching skills that will further enable our business unit to embrace and elevate a One BPS culture, driving a deep understanding of the One BPS principles, standards, production health and problem-solving model.

**Position Responsibilities:**

Responsible for performance to plan on tactical execution strategy

Leads employees with advanced technical knowledge to resolve production concerns.

Develops and carries out project and process plans, implements policies and procedures and sets operational goals.

Acquires resources for projects and processes, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements.

Develops and maintains relationships with customers, peers, partners and team members.

Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes.

Develops and motivates employees.

**This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite in Everett, Washington.**

**This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a "US Person" as defined by 22 C.F.R. 120.15 is required. "US Person" includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.**

**Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):**

3 years of experience working in an aerospace, fabrication, or manufacturing environment.

1 years of experience in a formal or informal leadership position

3 years' experience using LEAN Manufacturing and/or Continuous Improvement practices and tools in the workplace.

Ability to work variable shifts including weekends and overtime

**Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):**

3 years of experience working in cross functional teams

3 years of experience with data analytics

3 years of experience coaching, guiding and mentoring teams

3 years of experience with Systematic Problem Solving

3 years of experience with Quality Management Systems and/or One Boeing Production System (One BPS)

**Relocation:**

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range: $117,800-$136,400
