• Cost Analysis: Conducting detailed cost analysis to identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvements across various departments or projects.
• Budgeting and Forecasting: Collaborating with financial teams to develop accurate budgets and forecasts based on cost trends and projections.
• Inventory Management: Monitoring inventory levels, reconciling discrepancies, and evaluating inventory costing methods to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Financial Reporting: Preparing periodic financial reports that summarize key cost findings, variances from budgeted costs, and recommendations for management.
• Process Improvement: Continuously assessing and improving cost accounting processes to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and data integrity.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2-5 years' experience in accounting or finance.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
