Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Learning and Development Specialists, SMEs and key stakeholders to analyze training needs and develop learning objectives
- Design, develop, and maintain instructional materials, including e-learning modules, instructor-led training materials, job aids, and assessments. This includes annual content reviews, updates, and processing expirations
- Utilize instructional design principles to create engaging and interactive learning experiences that promote knowledge retention and application
- Incorporate multimedia elements, such as videos, simulations, and interactive exercises, to enhance learning outcomes
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in instructional design and accounting regulations to ensure training materials are current and relevant
- Conduct evaluations to assess the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for continuous improvement
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to timelines and budgets
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to leverage existing resources and tools, as well as identify opportunities for innovation and improvement
- Assist with post-production editing of videos and recordings
- Bachelor’s degree in instructional design, learning and development, or related field
- Proven experience in instructional design, preferably within the accounting or financial services industry
- Strong knowledge of adult learning theories and instructional design methodologies (e.g., ADDIE, SAM)
- Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) and learning management systems (LMS)
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Master’s degree preferred
- Experience with graphic design and multimedia development
Hours of Operation:
- Our office hours are from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday
- Our summer hours are from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday, and from 8:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. on Friday
- We pride ourselves on our flexibility; however at peak times additional hours may be required
