Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role as the Bookkeeper/ Office Assistant at The Bottle Meister, Inc. As the Bookkeeper/Office Assistant you will be responsible for invoicing and processing of payments (A/R), accounts payables (A/P). assisting with day-to-day office management tasks, and providing administrative support. Answering phone calls. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. Must be dependable and intelligent.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in account as a bookkeeper or office administration
• Proficient in QuickBooks
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion with sensitive information
• Highly organized and able to manage time effectively
