Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests by preparing and serving beverages in a timely and efficient manner. Your friendly demeanor and excellent communication skills will contribute to creating a positive and enjoyable experience for our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and take their drink orders promptly
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including stocking supplies and replenishing inventory as needed
- Engage with customers, answer questions about menu items, and make recommendations based on their preferences
- Handle cash transactions accurately using the cash register
- Adhere to all food handling and safety regulations
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service
- Assist with catering events or special functions as required
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role is required
- Strong hospitality skills with a focus on providing exceptional customer service
- Knowledge of basic math for handling cash transactions
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Familiarity with retail math for inventory management is a plus
- Effective communication skills to interact with customers and team members
