Monday-Friday, we offer Lunch and Dinner. On the weekends, we serve one of NYC's best brunches.
We are looking for an experienced Polisher that likes fast paced environments along with great energy! We are creating exciting hospitality experiences in NYC and we are seeking fun, professional individuals who have a genuine passion for hospitality, food, beverage, and above all else providing unparalleled guest service.

- Polish flatware, glassware, and other dining accessories
- Inspect items for any spots, stains, or imperfections, ensuring items are used for guest service.
- Monitor and manage the inventory of polished items throughout the shift
- Collaborate with the servers, runners, bartenders, and kitchen teams to maintain a seamless workflow.
- Report any breakage or maintenance needs to the appropriate personnel.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the polishing station and storage areas.
- Maintain cleanliness of restrooms and restock restrooms as needed
- Adhere to hygiene and safety standards while handling glassware, flatware, and any other supplies.

This position requires evening hours on the weekends with some day time hours during the week. This position requires PART TIME AVAILABILITY.
