The Bowery Group Restaurants, including Cookshop, Vic’s, Shuka , Shukette and Rosie’s, is hiring Restaurant Managers. Our restaurants are committed to excellence in hospitality and to sourcing seasonal ingredients from local farms. We are looking to add team members to help develop our restaurants and its managers.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years progressive Management experience in a high-volume restaurant.

• Experience hiring, training, and mentoring a diverse pool of hourly staff

• Aptitude for learning, coaching and driving excellence at all levels

• Open, flexible availability

This position requires daytime hours, evening hours and weekends with FULL TIME AVAILABILITY.
