We are seeking a talented and innovative Packaging Structural Designer to join our team. This role is essential in creating functional and aesthetically pleasing packaging solutions that meet our customers' needs. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for design, a thorough understanding of packaging materials and processes, and the ability to work collaboratively with different teams.

Previous Experience Required: 3 – 5 years of packaging design and manufacturing with excellent knowledge of CAD programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and Development:

· Create original structural packaging designs that are both cost-effective and environmentally friendly.

· Utilize CAD software for design and prototyping.

· Ensure all designs meet the required specifications and quality standards.

• Collaboration and Communication:

· Work closely with sales representatives to understand client requirements and provide design solutions that meet their needs.

· Interact directly with customers to gather feedback and make necessary design adjustments.

· Collaborate with production leadership to ensure designs are feasible for manufacturing.

• Project Management:

· Manage multiple design projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to deadlines.

· Maintain clear and concise documentation throughout the design process.

• Innovation and Improvement:

· Stay informed about the latest trends and advancements in packaging design and materials.

· Continuously seek ways to improve design processes and techniques.

• Quality and Compliance:

· Ensure all packaging designs comply with industry standards and regulations.

· Participate in quality assurance checks during the production process.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with ArtiosCAD and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong understanding of packaging materials, manufacturing processes, and sustainability practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
