This means a constant flow of opportunities for our agents with on average 10-15 leads per month from Zillow, setting talented and driven agents up for guaranteed success!

Our comprehensive support system includes transaction coordinators, a listing coordinator, a marketing team, a database manager, mentors/coaches, and superstar Inside Sales Agents (ISAs) who work tirelessly to generate new leads, set appointments, and help you deliver ongoing outstanding client service. In real estate, branding is key, and we boast one of the nation's top brands. Not only that, our marketing team will assist you in developing your unique personal brand!

Over the past two years, we've closed over 700 transactions, amounting to an incredible $515M in volume, with a significant portion stemming from our online leads . Compensation:

$60,000 - $180,000 yearly

Responsibilities:
  • “Always be consulting” by providing your clients with your very best service and your very best advice to nurture client relationships and generate repeat and referral customers
  • Rigorously prospect for new business by following up with leads in your pipeline to ensure sales growth
  • Hold buyer and seller consultations to find out their needs and wants in a home, then find a home to meet those needs
  • Gather local community information to be able to answer any questions from your client about potential homes
  • Consistent lead follow-up to grow the sales pipeline
Qualifications:
  • Must have a valid Real Estate License
  • Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies
  • Past sales experience is preferred
  • Driven, self-motivated and desires professional growth
  • Show good organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written)
