Job Overview:
We are seeking skilled Servers and Bartenders to join our team! The ideal candidate should have a passion for hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences. They should also work well with others in creating a work environment that is both efficient and safe place to work.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following standard recipes
- Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area equipment as well the server stations
- Check customers' identification to ensure they meet the legal drinking age
- Handle cash transactions and operate the point-of-sale system
- Monitor inventory levels and replenish stock as needed
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations

- Work well as a team with others to efficiently create a high functioning environment

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in bartending or hospitality industry preferred
- Knowledge of various drink recipes and cocktail mixing techniques
- Familiarity with Toast POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a friendly demeanor
- Understanding of food safety guidelines and responsible alcohol service practices
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently

Nice-to-have Skills:
- Proficiency in basic math for handling transactions
- Sales skills to upsell drinks and promote specials
- Experience in banquet or event bartending
- Training in food handling procedures within the food industry
