The Brattle Group, a privately held, global economics consulting firm, is looking for a Senior Director of Marketing and Business Development to join our Boston, MA, Chicago, IL, New York, NY or Washington DC office. Reporting directly to the President, this position is a critical member of the firm’s leadership team.
The Senior Director will be responsible for shaping our business development strategies, marketing, and brand positioning, as well as creating implementation plans and budgets that align with our organization’s long-term vision. This role will also provide strategic oversight for Brattle’s functional areas, including business development, events, CRM, communications, digital, and visual design. It offers an exciting opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals at Brattle, enhancing our current services and continuing to align them with Brattle’s evolving business needs.

Brattle offers a competitive benefits package, base salary, and bonus program for eligible roles based on individual and firm performance. The anticipated base gross salary range for this position in Chicago, IL is $200,000 - $250,000 annually. Actual salary will depend on a variety of factors, including experience and training.
