The Breakaway Group is Hiring a Customer Service Specialist Near Colorado, CO

Our client is seeking a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Specialist with a healthcare company specializing in custom earplugs and earpieces as well as other products to protect and enhance hearing, facilitate communication, and support hearing care professionals.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing timely and accurate information.
  • Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing, and availability.
  • Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs.
  • Data entry in ERP system.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and procedures.
  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams or management as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • At least 1-3 years of relevant customer service experience.
  • Excellent phone etiquette, verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.
