We are seeking an experienced Painter with expertise in using basic paints commonly utilized in the field. Experience with wallpaper is a bonus. The ideal candidate should possess a foundational understanding of furniture refinishing, fine finishes, oil-based paints, and their application. Professionalism and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team are essential for this role.
Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Painter or similar role
• Proficiency in using various types of paints and finishes
• Knowledge of wallpaper application is a plus
• Familiarity with furniture refinishing techniques
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:

• Prepare walls and other surfaces for painting by scraping, sanding, patching, or filling holes
• Mix paints to achieve the desired color and texture
• Apply paint or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or sprayers
• Cover surfaces with cloth or plastic to ensure protection
• Remove fixtures and furniture if necessary before painting
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment
