Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to drive growth and brand awareness.

Job Function -Marketing Manager:

• Oversees all Marketing programs for both the Breslow Center and Injxcellence Medical Spa.
• Oversees all internal & external marketing including waiting room
• Responds and schedules leads from website
• Coordinates effectively with Practice Administrator and appropriate staff on monthly, quarterly and yearly marketing promotions and measures effectiveness.
• Manages, coordinates, and executes on-site and off-site marketing events, such as seminars, open houses, Botox events, etc.
• Implements and manages all social medical content/promotions etc on all platforms
• Implements effective ways to secure testimonials from patients
• Ensures website content is accurate, up to date and all links are in proper working order
• Maintains professional relationships with spa suppliers and providers.
• Effectively evaluates competitor’s marketing programs to determine upcoming trends and promotions.
• Attends marketing meetings with Medical Director, Associate Medical Director, Practice Administrator as required.
• Effectively guides business directions by staying on top of spa and medical spa industry trends by attending continuing education as required or recommended.
• Creates and maintains an overall marketing strategy to boost service and product sales for the spa.

Qualifications:

· Possess proficient organizational skills.

· Prior health care or related experience preferred.

· Proficient in computer software programs needed for administrative administration duties and patient scheduling.

· Exercises considerable judgment in working with confidential matter and data entry (we are a Medical Practice and HIPAA Compliant)

· Ability to work at a rapid pace with numerous interruptions.

· Prioritizes, organizes and has ability to meet deadline goals.

· Ability to prioritize and juggle multiple tasks.

· Functions independently.

· Demonstrates a high degree of self-motivation and directional initiative.

Degree of Supervision:

· Variable from the Medical Director and/or Practice Administrator.

Job Type: Full-time
