- Report to the Restaurant General Manager to create a successful operation of the rooftop
- Collaboratively lead a team of restaurant teammates
- Lead shifts in our stylish bar and dining room
- Collaborate with the Hotel Management team to provide a seamless and unified guest experience
- Create and execute promotional events in partnership with Marketing, PR, and hotel managers
- Establish local business partnerships, collaborating with the Hotel Director of Sales as needed

- Minimum of 2 years as an Assistant General Manager, Floor /Front of the House Manager, Service Manager, or Bar Manager in a full-service restaurant with bar, with $2.5M volume, Required
- Promotional experience, and experience servicing social catering events, Preferred
- Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and as a member of a team
- Highly collaborative nature with an impressive work-ethic, and the ability to multi-task
- Must have a great personality, desire to serve guests, and enjoy working as part of a team
- Up-beat, engaging, and professional
