- Minimum of 1 year of restaurant management experience REQUIRED
- Minimum of 2 years of General Manager experience required for GM role
- QSR or Fast-casual experience, Preferred
- Comfortable working in an emerging-growth company environment
- Ability to work both independently and as a member of a team
