**Payroll Clerk**

**Overview:**

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Payroll Clerk to join our team. The Payroll Clerk will be responsible for processing payroll, maintaining payroll records, and ensuring accuracy in all payroll transactions.

**Responsibilities:**

- Process payroll for employees accurately and timely

- Analyze payroll data and resolve any discrepancies

- Perform account reconciliation including debits and credits

- Utilize accounting software such as Accountix, Prism HR, Workday, or similar programs

- Assist in general ledger reconciliation related to payroll transactions

**Qualifications:**

- Previous experience in payroll processing or related field

- Strong understanding of accounting principles

- Ability to analyze and interpret data effectively

- Proficiency in using accounting software

- Attention to detail and accuracy in work

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
