Description

We offer a comprehensive range of evidence-based rehabilitative services, including mental health and substance abuse treatment, housing, vocational training and job placement, healthcare, education, and creative arts therapies.
Essential Position Functions :
  • The Field Coordinator is responsible for turnover management of apartments (junk removal, repairs, furniture delivery, etc)
  • Assists with coordinating client move-ins and move-outs; scheduling vendors and facilitating entry into apartments.
  • Works with property management and residential services for landlord issues.
  • Conducts project management repair assessment and completion in coordination with clients, program staff, landlord, vendors, and property management.
  • Tracks apartment inspection forms and ensures repairs and work orders are completed utilizing emails, Real Page, and charting systems. Creates reports based on findings.
  • Available for emergencies.
  • Accompanies staff as needed on home visits.
  • Attends meetings with other departments to go over procedures and discuss pending and upcoming turnover and work order requests.
  • Light repair work might be required to assist in apartment readiness.
  • Any other duties as may be assigned.
Qualifications
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Facilities or property management experience
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to adapt to change
  • Must be stress-resistant, flexible, and a team player who is open to feedback
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication and organizational skills
  • Experience working with people experiencing mental illness, crisis intervention, and managing trauma-triggered behavior.
  • Willingness to perform CPR/First Aid/AED/CPI/Naloxone
  • Preferred knowledge of AWARDS
  • Bachelor's Degree Required
  • Driver's License Required
  • Spanish speaking a plus
