Basic Function: Provides individual and group supervision to Family Stabilization counselors and interns. Responsible for the oversight of outreach, referral log, redbook, and all family stabilization team documentation. This position is a back-up on-call on rotation with the other supervisors and is responsible for covering on-call in the case of team call-offs and illness.

This position is a key leadership team member who ensures that our full LAN footprint is educated and served through our CCBYS program. The Supervisor is responsible for providing intake, therapy, and some case management services for adolescents and children with moderate mental illness or dually diagnosed. Uses intensive outreach strategies to engage clients in services. Conducts comprehensive mental health assessments to determine service needs. Formulates treatment plans and implements intervention strategies. Monitors and reviews treatment plans regularly. Coordinates and links participants with needed services and community resources. Documents all services using program protocols.
