Job Title: Lake Terrace Pool Food Runner-Busser
Job Pay Range: $15.00-22.00 per hour inclusive of hourly pay rate service charge*

• $15.00-22.00 per hour based on $5.42 per hour base wage service charge commission paid per shift; historically, this position averages service charge commission earnings of $9.00-16.00 per hour.

Service charges are commissions and will fluctuate based on events and time of year.
This position always earns at least the current Colorado minimum wage $14.42 per hour

What you will be doing:

• Execute guest service duties in accordance with Forbes/AAA inspection standards and Broadmoor Standards of Excellence
• Serve food from kitchen to guests in an efficient manner utilizing table and seat numbers according to service procedures and comprehensively present to guests and answer questions
• Communicate with serving staff and kitchen staff to ensure accuracy and proper timing of all orders
• Be knowledgeable in food product and preparations as well as proactively ensure all food is properly served at the tables
• Maintain a clean guest and dining area by clearing dirty dishes, wipe table tops and chairs, replace soiled table linens and set tables with silverware and glassware
• Replenish supply of clean linens, silverware, glassware, and dishes in dining room
• Serve and refill water and other beverages for guests as appropriate
• Set up, maintain and break down beverage stations as well as side stations
• Maintain courteous, professional and polite attitude with all other service and kitchen staff
• Maintain knowledge of Broadmoor history, grounds, services and locations

What we are looking for:

• High school diploma or GED preferred; or prior food service experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Enthusiastic, friendly, and energetic team member who works well with others
• Strong interpersonal communication skills
• Occasional heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs.) with a work environment that may be indoors and outdoors at times.
