Job Description

Personal Injury Law Firm in Savannah has a full-time position for an Intake Call Center Specialist. This position handles work in Intake Call Center, which has a goal of rapidly accepting or rejecting new cases based on the information gathered from the caller. In addition, the Intake Specialist will document intake information, send out contracts to clients via Doc-u-sign or via Investigator, and may help with opening cases upon return of contract, archiving of cases when closed, and assisting with data processing/data entry as applicable to files.

The Intake Specialist must have the ability to engage with callers in a way that presents the firm as client-focused, courteous, empathetic, and in such a way that the caller feels he or she has reached the right firm. For this position, you must be enthusiastic and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. This position requires experience with a multi-line phone system, strong computer skills (e.g. proficiency in MS Office), excellent communication, and teamwork. Two years of prior experience in a similar position, for a Personal Injury Firm is required.

Normal office hours for this position are Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm but this position will require weekend work hours based on a rotation schedule with the Intake team. This position does qualify for monthly achieved earnings pay based upon benchmarks achieved.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
