Position Overview:As a Budtender at The Bud Stop, you will be on the front lines of the cannabis industry, assisting our customers in selecting the right products and ensuring they have an unforgettable experience. We're looking for a dedicated individual who is not only passionate about cannabis but also committed to providing a safe and welcoming environment for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly, happy and professional manner.
• Educate customers about cannabis strains, products, and consumption methods.
• Maintain an in-depth knowledge of our product offerings.
• Accurately process sales transactions and handle cash.
• Ensure compliance with state and local regulations.
• Assist in inventory management and restocking shelves.
• Maintain a clean and organized dispensary environment.
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and product recommendations.
• Work as part of a cohesive team to achieve sales targets and provide an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications:

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a retail or customer service role is required.
• Knowledge of cannabis strains, products, and consumption methods is a plus.
• Passion for and knowledge of cannabis.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and regulated environment.
• Must pass a background check.
• Willingness to adhere to company policies and guidelines.
