The Budd Group has an IMMEDIATE opening for a Janitorial Flex Team member to travel to different locations in the Greater TN area;
keeping premises of commercial or institutional buildings in clean, safe, and orderly condition.
Pay Rate : $
Days : Monday - Friday (some weekends / OT possible)
Hours Range : 40 hours a week (must be able to work a flexible schedule)
Location : Varies based on job assignment / site (locations include Nashville, LaVergne, Smyrna).
Responsibilities :
- Monitor areas daily for trash & empty trash receptacles
- Wipe exterior & interior of each elevator cab
- Clean offices, hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways
- Assist with outside cleaning, which may include sweeping sidewalks and picking up trash.
- Sweeping and cleaning storm drains and ditches
- Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and cleaning restrooms, refinishes floors, cleans rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, and draperies.
- Assist in project cleaning, or washing out side walls and windows.
- Assist setting up meeting rooms, including lifting and removing furniture from rooms, taking down tables and chairs
- Dust all horizontal surfaces
- Clean and organize storage areas inside / outside, and use a pressure washer to clean concrete outside
- Other duties as assigned by the Supervisor, according to the scope of work.
Requirements :
- Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs
- Must have valid driver's license & have a clean driving record
- Must be able to pass background check & drug screen
- Must be able to travel from site to site
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be flexible in availability to work on different shifts as needed.
