Title: Landscape Enhancement Crew Member
Pay Rate: $18-22
Schedule: Monday- Friday 7-4. Ability to work later if needed and availability to work occasional Saturdays required.
Location: Piedmont, SC
Lifting Restrictions: Must be able to lift 50 lbs. repetitively.
Experience Required: 1-3 years
Responsibilities: Will include digging, raking, lifting, planting, and operating power equipment such as weed eaters, chain saws, blowers. Operating heavy machinery such as skid steers, tractors as well as following all safety protocols.
Specific Requirements /Job Duties: Work alongside the crew leader to perform tasks such as planting, digging, installing rock, installing hardscapes, installing sod, installing mulch, installing drainage, bushhogging, and any other tasks requested by the manager. May also require occasionally assisting maintenance crews. Willingness to learn, ability to adapt and overcome unforeseen challenges in the field, and develop critical thinking to become more efficient.
