The Bug Company is currently seeking a dedicated and hardworking individual to join our team as a Production Associate. This is a Full-Time position that requires the successful candidate to work on-site at our facility.

Production Associate Duties and Responsibilities :

• Assist in the daily production of insect products
• Caretaking of insects
• Follow established procedures to ensure the quality and consistency of products
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently
• Quality control
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines
• Adhere to policies and procedures

Production Associate Requirements :

• Prior experience working in a production or manufacturing environment is preferred
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently
• Ability to work in a dusty, hot, humid environment
• Ability to count to 100 and simple math
• Must speak and read English
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time

Production Associate Schedule

Sunday - Thursday 7 : 00 am - 3 : 30 pm

Hours will fluctuate based on the shipping schedules and company needs
