As a Family Law Attorney, you will manage your own cases while also providing support to other attorneys on complex cases. Ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 2yrs family law experience and be confident in the following:

• Appearing and representing clients in court.
• Preparation and drafting of legal documents including pleadings, motions etc.
• Speaking with Opposing Counsel, Experts and Clients regarding case matters.
• Negotiating terms for various family law issues like support, child custody and visitation and division of assets.
• Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years experience in Family Law
• Familiarity with various legal documents
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
