The Busick Agency, an agency of Symmetry Financial Group, is looking for remote sales representatives to become a part of our team to run appointments for mortgage protection, life insurance, final expense, and other products.

This is a commission-based sales position . The average commission is around $600 per sale and agents sell anywhere from 2 to 10 sales per week (depending on part-time / full-time status).

Promotions are purely based on personal performance and not corporate politics. There is opportunity for agents to build their own team and obtain contractual ownership of their own agency if they choose to do so.
