The Calendar Group, a premier staffing firm specializing in domestic and corporate placements, is seeking a motivated Recruiter to join our team. You will oversee the full recruitment cycle for a variety of roles in domestic and corporate staffing, ensuring candidates meet client needs and align with our company values.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to candidate placement.
• Source candidates through various channels.
• Conduct thorough screenings and interviews to evaluate candidates’ qualifications and experience. 
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide guidance. 
• Negotiate offers and facilitate the onboarding process for successful candidates.

Qualifications:

• Must be local to Connecticut or New York 
• Experience in Real Estate, Hospitality, and/or the service industry. 
• Digital, social media, and AI expertise is a PLUS. 
• Experience working with high-net-worth clients or corporate leadership is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and writing skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining high standards of performance.

Schedule: Monday through Friday, with the flexibility to create your own schedule. Availability to work after hours to answer inquiries is required.
