Description
We're looking for an enthusiastic, highly-motivated customer service representative to provide an excellent experience to our customers. Job seekers should have a background in service, and exceptional communication, listening, and problem-solving skills. Job seekers should be computer savvy, with experience working with Microsoft Office and other portals.
This position is a part time position with hours available on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Fridays. Hours are flexible and can be scheduled 15-20 hours per week.

Responsibilities
•Answer incoming calls on product and service questions, customer complaints, and general customer inquiries
•Utilize scripts to handle difficult customer situations and bring them higher up, if necessary
•Resolve customer complaints in a friendly and timely manner to ensure high customer satisfaction
•Keep track of customer accounts and make updates with new account information as necessary
•Find patterns in customer complaints and bring them to the team for improvement
Qualifications
•Computer savvy - proficient in Microsoft Office and know your way around a computer.
•Display strong communication skills, active listening skills, and personal skills
•High school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent
•Experience working in a customer-oriented atmosphere
