In your role as the Energy Sales Manager, you will take on leadership responsibilities for a team of up to 10 outside sales reps who will be stationed in Ohio. Your focus will include implementing localized strategies for both customers and team members at your designated store location. Additionally, your role will encompass driving employee development and overseeing performance management.

What you’ll do

• Empower and enable our employees to create exceptional customer experiences
• Enhance employee experience strategy across the organization to drive seamless customer experiences
• Analyze performance indicators against our business strategies
• Lead the sales team to achieve growth or improve outcomes
• Take the lead in optimizing outcomes or making necessary adjustments as required

Basic qualifications

• 2 years of experience as a sales manager
• 3 years of sales or related experience
• 1 year of experience managing a team
• Familiarity with Salesforce

Preferred Qualifications

• Retail experience
• Telecommunication industry experience
