Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Corporate Sales Manager to join our sales team. The Corporate Sales Manager will be responsible for driving corporate sales revenue by identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious professional to contribute to the success and growth of our hotel.
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to attract and retain corporate clients.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and networking.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate accounts, understanding their needs and providing customized solutions.
• Prepare and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals with corporate clients.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns targeting corporate segments.
• Provide regular sales reports and analysis, highlighting performance against targets and key trends.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and potential risks.
• Represent the hotel at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote our corporate offerings.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Proven experience in corporate sales or business development, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with a results-oriented approach.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
