Position Overview: As a BCBA with Cardinal, you will take the lead in designing, implementing, and overseeing behavior intervention plans for individuals diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder. You'll collaborate closely with our team of professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and expertise to ensure the highest quality of care for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and oversee their implementation
  • Provide supervision and guidance to RBTs and behavior therapists
  • Collaborate with families and caregivers to ensure continuity and progress
  • Utilize evidence-based practices and data analysis to track client outcomes

Qualifications:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing
  • Experience in behavior analysis and working with individuals with autism
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide a team
