Job Description
We are looking for a full-time Transaction Coordinator for one of the top real estate teams in Arizona. We need someone that is energetic, a team player, reliable, punctual and have experience in the real estate field as a transaction coordinator.
Job Description:
• Acting as liaison between and coordinate with real estate agents, clients, escrow, appraisers, inspectors, and mortgage brokers throughout the transaction
• Handling all buyer sales from contract through closing
• Coordinating all closing activities
• Ensuring all documents are in compliance with DRE (e.g., executed and initialed correctly, required disclosures are secured, etc)
• Maintaining DRE files and the production, coordination and processing of all information and documents pertaining to each transaction
• Monitoring and assessing the progress of the transaction so that deadlines are met and contingencies are released
• Performing administrative and clerical duties including setting home and inspection appointments
Qualifications
• Residential real estate experience (TC experience a plus)
• First Class customer service and communication skills
• Attention to detail and deadlines
• Ability to multi-task and problem solve
• Solid clerical or administrative background with above-average computer skills (Word/Excel/Outlook)
• Willingness to train agents on process and procedures
• Arizona Licensed Agent
• Knowledge of Escrow a plus
