Scope of Duties

Every Caregiver we hire embodies our mission to provide the gold standard of care for individuals across locations. As a member of our Caregiving Staff, your duties could include some or all of the following (dependent upon Caregiver experience):

  • Companion Caregiving – including companionship, connection, and relationship , meal preparation, light housekeeping and laundry , running errands/grocery shopping ... PLUS ...
  • Lifting, transferring, mobility assistance
  • Personal care assistance such as bathing, grooming, and toileting
  • Medication reminders
  • Med administration
  • Nurse-delegated duties
  • Observe, document, and report changes in the Clients health or behavior

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Dedication to reliability and compassionate care of Clients
  • Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and valid auto insurance
  • Previous Caregiving experience is a bonus, but not required. We will provide all the training, mentorship, and support you need!

Northern Oregon Coast Service Area – including Astoria, Warrenton, Gearhart, Seaside, Cannon Beach, Nehalem, Tillamook, Knappa, Brownsmead
