Responsibilities
- Qualify candidates for applied and available opportunities.
- Schedule and conduct pre-screens & interviews.
- Coordinate with operations teams for staffing needs and share qualified candidates with various hiring managers.
- Acquire, maintain, and organize candidate records in multiple systems focused on discretion and professionalism.
- Communicate company compensation, culture, and job offers accurately.
- Other tasks as assigned.
- Proven document/data organization skills
- Excellent time management and customer service skills
- Prior experience in applicant tracking or human resource information systems (Paychex, Workday, iCIMS, Workable, etc.)
- Experience in talent sourcing through talent acquisition software, social media, in-person networking, and events.
