The company was founded in 2006, employs 3,000 employees, and is now at approximately $1B in sales. They are the leading experts in residential shower, bath, window, and door replacement, specializing in a fast, easy, and convenient home remodeling experience.
Organization Position:
The Global Sourcing Director reports to the Chief Operating Officer and will build a sourcing team of direct and indirect sourcing category managers.
Job Summary:
The Global Sourcing Director will support the development of the company’s supply chain strategy and the creation of the sourcing organization.
