Job Outline: The Maintenance Staff member is a full-time position afternoon shift, 1:00 pm-9:30 pm, which is part of Jesuit's Facilities Department and reports to the Facilities Crew Chief. Compensation & Benefits : JHS offers competitive hourly rates based on the candidate's experience. Paid Time Off and Paid Vacation are also available. Primary Responsibilities:
Provide routine preventative and scheduled maintenance on numerous campus equipment.
Service and repair systems and equipment as needed on campus
Execute work orders
Perform minor carpentry, painting, electrical, mechanical and plumbing repairs
Provide support for various campus events
Set-up and break-down for events held on campus
Able to work on tasks without immediate supervision
Requirements:
Minimum high school graduate.
Excellent communications skills both written and verbal; bi-lingual would be beneficial.
Knowledge and experience with hand and power tools for minor repairs.
Ability to work weekends.
Level II Background Screening.
