Receptionist / Office Assistant St. Cecelia Catholic School is looking for a confident, welcoming individual who is an effective communicator, organized, service oriented multi-tasker, and computer literate. Bi-Lingual preferred but not required. Hours are 7:30 am - 4:00 pm. Candidates for this position should support the mission of Catholic Education. The School Receptionist will greet and interact with visitors to the school in a positive and professional manner, including in person and on the phone. The school Receptionist will also provide general clerical support to the school office staff and oversee the school clinic.
This position requires the successful completion of a Level II background screening.
