Responsibilities
•Engage with our investment community on a daily basis to gain insights into their needs and provide exceptional service
•Assist investors in exploring House Hacking opportunities
•Connect our investors with properties currently under agreement
•Identify investment prospects suitable for short-term, mid-term, and long-term rentals
•Facilitate the sale of properties on behalf of landlords
•Manage the sale of assets for banks, courts, and financial institutions
•Match investors with necessary resources and funding opportunities
Qualifications
•The Real Estate Sales Agent role in Washington D.C., DC, US requires candidates to have a minimum of 1 year of experience in sales or the real estate industry.
•Proficiency in utilizing CRMs is a fundamental requirement for this position.
