Utilizing a progressive, interdisciplinary team approach which includes psychiatry, primary care, pharmacy and more, offers our staff a unique opportunity to be an integral part of the health & wellness team, consisting of psychiatrists, family physicians, nurse practitioners, clinical pharmacists and social workers.Job DutiesCleans, sterilizes and properly stores instruments, assists with inventory of dental supplies to ensure adequate stock at all times.Launders smocks, sets up dental operatory equipment prior to clients arriving at the dental clinic.Assist with client calls and follow-up.Participates in dental clinic intake, and assists with triage and referrals.Assists dental clinic flow and operation by providing supplies and equipment as requested by Dentists. Assists with pre-medication of clients, chair-side assistance for students, treatment options education, and postoperative instructions as directed by the Dentists.Follows The Circle Health standards of client care and satisfaction, complies with QAI program, and communicates all client complaints to the Dental Director and does so for immediate problem resolution.Maintains records, assists with orientation of new dental volunteers.Assists in dental intake training of history takers and facilitates communication among volunteers.Assists with wrap-up and clean up at the close of dental clinic.Ensures client satisfaction.Promotes effective communication within and between departments through teamwork.Attends departmental and Circle Health all staff meetings.Contributes to departmental and organizational decision-making through active participation.Works effectively and positively with co-workers and volunteers.Other duties, as assigned.The BenefitsProviding quality benefits to our staff is important to us.
