Monday - Friday 1st Shift

A Day in the life of a Clean Crew Leader:

As a Clean Crew Team Leader, you provide supervision, training, and guidance to assigned individuals in the completion of cleaning and other maintenance tasks. You will be assigned to Spartanburg Regional Hospital work location. Duties include but not limited to cleaning restrooms, classrooms, break/cafeteria and scrubbing floors, laundry, and other areas assigned by the client. Using a variety of handheld equipment or power tools as needed. You will work alongside the crew members to make sure that they stay on track and the tasks are being completed. Ability to work in a diverse environment with supporting people with intellectual and/or physical development disorders. Transport supported individuals in Charles Lea Center vehicle, and maintain an acceptable record of safety per CLC's Transportation Policy

Requirements:

• High School Diploma/ GED
• Valid SC driver's license
• Supervisory Experience
• Experience in cleaning services or comparable services-based business with commensurate customer service focus also strongly preferred
• Working with people with intellectual and/or physical disabilities is strongly preferred
• Flexibility to provide coverage on 2nd shift if needed
• Must have the ability to walk, climb stairs, squat, reach, and complete other physical movements required to complete tasks
• Lift up to 50 lbs.
