The Painter position earns an hourly wage of 20.00 / hour .

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A PAINTER :
As a Painter, you will work under the supervision of the Facilities Supervisor. The painter will provide painting maintenance for the larger facilities such as the Main Building, Workability, Cheslea, and residential properties.
The painter will keep painted areas of properties owned by CLC in good repair and perform general repairs to doors, walls, ceilings, and painted areas and assist with anything that needs to be replaced.
Will assist in coordination of emergencies, natural disasters, severe weather-related issues that put consumer and agency staff at risk and any other duties assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS
- At least 18 years of age
- Ability to pass a background check upon hire.
- Valid driver's license
- High School diploma or equivalent (GED) with five (5) to ten (10) years of experience in Painting and associated repairs
