Atrium SPIRIT – where teamwork, passion and appreciation ignite service excellence Primary PurposeThe primary purpose of the Transportation Specialist is to provide guests with an excellent transportation experience, ensuring that guests are greeted and transported to and from requested destinations.
Work PerformedThe Transportation Specialist will be tasked with the following duties, responsibilities, and assignments:
- Drive property-designated vehicles to and from guest destinations including, but not limited to, local airports, restaurants, theaters, sporting events, convention centers, etc.;
- Assist guests with luggage;
- Greet arriving and departing guests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner;
- Respond to guest inquiries and requests;
- Resolve guest concerns (escalate as appropriate) ;
- Ensure proper disinfecting/sanitization/cleaning of shuttles, front drive, and lobby;
- Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures, including reporting accidents, injuries and unsafe work conditions to management; and
- Any and all other work as required to complete the primary purpose of the position.
Preferred Prior ExperienceHospitality industry experience
Preferred EducationHigh School Diploma or equivalent
Required Licenses/ CertificationValid state driver’s license and adhere to all company guidelines regarding moving violations.
PhysicalAble to lift a minimum of 50lbs occasionally
Able to lift 10lbs regularly
Able to stand and/or walk for duration of schedule shift
OtherFlexible to working days, early mornings, evenings, nights, weekends and holidays
