This is a full-time on-site role for a Director of Food and Beverage. The Director will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of food and beverage operations, ensuring quality, profitability, and customer satisfaction through effective leadership and management.

Qualifications

6 years of similar F&B Director experience with luxury hotels/5 star properties

• Culinary Skills and Food & Beverage expertise
• Experience in ensuring Customer Satisfaction
• Knowledge of Budgeting for food and beverage operations
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Experience in the hospitality industry
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
